CFF Hall of Fame: Class of 2025
I assembled nine of the foremost College Fantasy Football experts and each panelist voted on their top 5 players at quarterback, running back and wide receiver. The scoring was based on the following scale: 10 points for first, 8 for second, 6 for third, 4 for fourth and 2 for fifth. If a player earned eight first-place votes, he would have scored 80 total points, and if he collected five second-place votes, he would have garnered 40 total points.
After all the ballets were in, I tabulated the total for every player nominated. The top three players at QB, RB and WR comprise the inaugural CFF Hall of Fame Class. All of the voters also nominated three tight ends and totaled the results on a 6 (first), 4 (second) and 2 (third) point scale—only one tight end made the cut. The eleventh member was selected by CFF fans in an online poll to crown the CFF Hall of Fame Class of 2025.
For voting parameters, only college football players from 2000-2022 were eligible for the nomination; therefore, RB LaDainian Tomlinson, RB Ashton Jeanty and TE Brock Bowers were not in the player pool for election this year. All 11 members of the inaugural class of CFF Hall of Famers are profiled in detail for readers. Enjoy my fellow CFF diehards.
