When I was a child in the Seventies, I loved reading books about the history of college football. Learning about the great teams, players, and coaches mesmerized me, and watching college football on Saturday afternoons became a lifelong passion. Growing up in Connecticut, Yale provided the only high-level program and dominated the Sunday sports pages in the fall. I will never forget following the Bulldogs and going to the Yale Bowl as a kid.
By 2008, I could not believe it when I discovered College Fantasy Football. Was I dreaming? I had been playing NFL fantasy football since 1989 and couldn't wait to organize a CFF league. I won the first two league championships that I played in and became hooked.
As a history enthusiast and teacher, I enjoy recording events and moments in time. About two years ago, it dawned on me that there is no site dedicated to the history of our tremendous hobby. It was time to launch a website, and fortunately, collegefantasyfootballhalloffame.com was available. I couldn't pass up the opportunity, and I hope CFF diehards enjoy the site as much as I do hosting it.
